The website introduces School Prashasan and its available workflows. A demonstration is the appropriate place to confirm the modules, report formats, language and configuration required for your school. Product availability and specifications may change as the software is updated.

Trials, licences and commercial arrangements

Downloading a trial package does not by itself grant a permanent software licence. Trial conditions, licence scope, pricing, installation, training, support, renewal and any cancellation or refund arrangements should be confirmed in the quotation or agreement supplied to your school. This website does not replace those agreed terms.

Responsible use

Use the website and software for authorised school administration. Provide accurate contact information, protect login details and backup passwords, and ensure that your school has authority to enter, process and share the records it uses. Do not misuse the enquiry form, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorised access.

School systems and backups

Your school is responsible for access to its computers, network location, connected cloud account and records. Scheduled Agent backups require the computer and Agent to be running; cloud uploads need a working connection and available storage. Review backup results, keep an independent copy and periodically check your restore process.

Before restoring, close School Prashasan on all connected computers and confirm that you have selected the correct backup and password. Backup retention and data handling are described in our Privacy Policy and Data care information.

Connected services and equipment

WhatsApp, Google account backup, remote support tools and biometric equipment may depend on separate services, permissions, equipment and configuration. Their providers’ terms also apply. Confirm compatibility and any relevant costs with our team before choosing your school’s setup.

Product materials

The School Prashasan name, product materials and website content are provided for learning about and using the product. Do not represent these materials as your own product or redistribute the software beyond the permission granted by the relevant licence. Third-party names and materials belong to their respective owners.

Contact our team if you need help with the website, setup or an agreed service. Support scope and availability follow the arrangements confirmed for your school. Nothing on this page removes rights or responsibilities that apply under applicable law.
